Refund policy

At EloraSleep™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used bedding products

  • Personal-use sleep accessories

  • Items marked as final sale


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund after review.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Original shipping fees (if any) will be deducted from refunds


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

EloraSleep™ reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
Customers agree to contact us first before initiating any payment dispute.
