At EloraSleep™, your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at elorasleepofficial@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll arrange an appropriate refund or replacement at no additional cost, in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain sealed sleep and personal-care products cannot be returned once unsealed, where permitted by law. Custom-made items may also be excluded from standard returns.

These restrictions do not affect your rights regarding defective products.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard change-of-mind returns, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

EloraSleep covers required return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days, subject to applicable legal deadlines.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other exchanges, please request a return and place a new order.

International Orders

Customers in the European Union and other applicable jurisdictions retain their statutory cancellation, withdrawal, and consumer protection rights, including the EU's generally applicable 14-day withdrawal period and its legal exceptions.
