1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High seasonal demand

EloraSleep™ is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

EloraSleep™ is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and supporting photos (if damaged).

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
EloraSleep™ is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit shipping to certain regions

  • Cancel orders due to high fraud risk
